The first step of troubleshooting a HTTP Server is that you should be able to view the contents of the HTTP Server by just entering the URL and authenticating with the username and password.
Using WinSCP
WinSCP can be used to check File Upload and Download from a HTTP File Server.
File protocol: WebDAV
Encryption: No encryption
Test directory creation with creating a New Directory.
Test File Creation by creating a new file.
Retention
Using WinSCP you can check the file delete permission.
