Click Next.

Click Finish.

Folder Mapping

You can select either Automatic Mapping or the Manual process.

Select the Folder on the Protected Site and the Appropriate Folder on the DR Site and click Add Mappings.

Once all the folders are mapped, click Next.

Click Finish.

Network Mapping

Select Create Network Mappings under the Configure Resource Mappings menu.

Select Prepare mappings manually and click Next.

Select the appropriate portgroup and click Add Mappings.

Once Done, click Next.

Click Finish.

Placeholder Datastore

Select Configure placeholder datastore next to the Configure Resource Mappings menu

Select a datastore which is not replicated across the sites.

Create Protection Group

The last step is to Select the Virtual Machines. To do so, select the option Create a protection group.

Give a Name to the protection group and click Next.

Select the Protected Site and the Replication Type.

Select the Virtual Machines and click Next.

Verify all the settings and click Finish.

Done!! All the inventory has to be mapped by following the above steps if you need to add additional resources.
