VMware vRealize Orchestrator 7 – Part 4 – Creating Sample Workflow

Once the process of registering vRealize Orchestrator in vCenter Server, open vCenter Server and click on vRealize Orchestrator.

It will take you to the vRO Dashboard.

Click on Workflows. I will display all the pre-defined workflows.

In our lab I am going to create a sample workflow of Scheduling Snapshots.

To do so click on vCenter -> Virtual Machine Management -> Snapshot.

Right Click any workflow and select Schedule a Workflow.

Click Approve.

Click on the + button to add the Virtual Machines.

Select the Virtual Machines and click OK.

Click Next.

Enter name for the snapshot.

Enter a Task name and the Schedule Time.

Once the workflow is created, you could see Snapshot task in the vCenter,
